My new baby (and a GIVEAWAY!!)

I wanted to share with you my new adventure that is about to take off! As you know I am obsessed with taking photographs. It started out with me just wanting to capture every single moment of my muncherheads lives, but has now turned into a challenge of finding the perfect place to shoot, a different angle to shoot from or any other way I can have fun while capturing those precious moments. And, well...it has just grown from there. I've tried out some new lenses (which has been a lot fun, by the way)! Like this picture below for instance, I used my 50mm lens where I can focus on one thing and everything else is left blurry....probably my favorite lens to use! This image below is SOOC (straight out of camera - no editing)....



So, after many months (and months!) of thinking about going full swing into photography, I've finally decided to go with it! I can't wait to see where this venture takes me...and it helps that Husband is super supportive and behind me 110%!

I am in the process of setting up a photography blog and when we get back from Cancun I plan to get my photography website up and running (oh yea, did I forget to mention that we are going to Cancun?!....CAN. NOT. WAIT!!).

Just for fun, here are a handful (or two) of shoots I have done over the past year...I never had the chance to blog about a lot of them! I had the privilege of photographing sweet Will after he came home from his two week stay in the NICU!













Last May, we threw a shower for my cousin Kristin and I took pictures of sweet Bella to display on the tables at the shower....









And then there is Poppy & The Wild Hogs...I did post some of these!





And some everyday kind of pix...
