MIA

Whirlwind.

That would describe the past month...but for some reason it doesn't seem any different than the months proceeding this one. It seemed like it took forever to plan for our trip to Disney (which I took well over 1,000 pictures, by the way - but does that really surprise you?). And when we landing in Dallas, we hit the ground running....literally!

Kylie had a fever two days prior to leaving and continued to have fever three more days so we had to get some meds filled in Orlando. The first day there in Magic Kingdom it poured (no really, POURED {as in picture yourself standing under the shower head!} on us. And it wasn't long before myself, Kole and Alexie were sick as well. But we managed to stay well enough to still enjoy everything (thank you, Lord!!).

Side note about Kylie's fever - Before leaving on the trip we saw her doctor and she was surprised that Kylie had another febrile seizure. She said toddlers usually outgrow them and that if she has one more we will be headed to a neurologist to look into epilepsy. PLEASE start praying that the last one she had will be her VERY last!

Back to 'whirlwind'. Does it ever slow down around here? I look forward to the days of Husband and I sitting on a porch somewhere drinking coffee in the breeze, sitting in silence. At that point, I am sure I will wish I was back here enjoying these days with my muncherheads...that just seems to be the way life works, huh?

But I might be MIA for a little bit here and there...and I might not. I don't like staying away too long...plus I have GOT to show you our Disney pictures (not all 1,000+ of them, of course!).

But, the reason....we're moving.

I'm scared. I'm excited. I'm tired just thinking about it....the list could go on forever! We have lived here 5+ years and have accumulated at least 5 times the amount of stuff we moved in with. I promise to share details soon, but right now there are just too many unknowns (imagine that!...we just like adding a little 'fun' to this kind of thing, it seems!).

In the next twelve days, I will be packing, having a garage sale, packing, packing and then I imagine doing some more packing. At that point the movers will step in...I learned that a while back...worth EVERY. SINGLE. PENNY.

In the meantime, I will leave you with this....
