3 years, 5 months, 22 days, 18 hours and 32 minutes

OMG, you guys are so funny! Anytime I blog about guessing something, ALL of you think I'm preggo...it cracks me up! Sorry I don't have news that it that exciting! But I just had to document a first that happened to someone in our family!

I think you all figured out that it was around the time Kylie was born...which is RIGHT ON! Kylie got her very first haircut!!











And the finished product of Kylie's first haircut!!



OK, you seriously wouldn't think it would be a big deal for a 6 (approaching 7) year old to get a haircut right? Well, not according to him....



Seriously, the couple beside us (with their little boy) were dying laughing at Husband (especially the dad...maybe because he would be the same way?!). But, homegirl (AKA - Alexie) needed a haircut in a bad, bad way too! I wanted to go short, because she has the thickest hair you can ever imagine and I know it would look so cute...Husband on the other hand was wanting maybe 3 inches cut off. Well, he didn't really give me verbal permission, but at some point he told me 'whatever makes you happy'. That's all I needed to hear...HA! And off we went with the hair....

OMG, I L♥VE how it turned out...and I mean ♥!!! She looks so big. After most of the haircut was done, Husband shared some things with me and it all made sense. At first, I couldn't understand how HAIR was such a big deal...it does grow back, right?! So, towards the end of her haircut he said, 'that was the last little girl thing I had left'....and then I understood it! She truly looks so much bigger...there is definitely no little girl left in her.





She wanted to see the back of it....
