a different kind of biscuit

OK, if you're like me, my kids get tired of the same 'ole stuff when it comes to meals. So, every once in a while I try different things. Some are hits......a lot are misses, but you never know until you try! But, here's an easy alternative to biscuits in the morning!!

And the great thing is, you can prepare this in the time it takes to preheat the oven!!

Step 1: Melt some butter in the microwave.

Step 2: Mix cinnamon/sugar in a separate bowl.



Step 3: Cut biscuits in half.

Step 4: Place cream cheese in the center of the biscuit (I got a little carried away with the cream cheese....use as much or as little as you would like!).



Step 5: Close biscuit around cream cheese and press side together all the way around.

Step 6: Dip in butter.



Step 7: Cover both sides of the biscuit with cinnamon/sugar mix.



Step 8: Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and ENJOY!!!!!!

My mouth is watering. I am going to make these for snack for the daycare (but mainly cause I really want them)
