Rage

Ya know the ole saying, "Everything's Bigger in Texas!"...well, for the most part it's absolutely true! But, since arriving in Iowa, we have heard that nothing compares to Iowa deer....so Husband has had one mission since bow season started! Him and his brother-from-another-mother have been deer watching for a while now and a week or so ago, he finally got him a big one!



So, meet Rage! I have named all of Husband's deer in the past. His first buck was Mr. Belvedere, his first doe was Jane Doe, and his second buck was John Deere. But this time, him and Travis came up with the name. Evidently, this buck had some rage in him....so RAGE it was (definitely not as creative as the others, if you ask me!!).



Kylie was scared to death!!! Her little knees were up by my chin at first!



Way to go, honey!

I'm back from Texas, and everything went perfect with my Mama's surgery.....thanks for keeping her in your thoughts and prayers! And Husband was a true champ with the kiddos (plus his full time job!)...I'm so very blessed!! Thanks again, Husband for all you did to make my trip home possible - I love you!
