Wow...that is stressful! I have always said after having children you feel things to the extreme! Love is over the top and so is the pain. After 8 children I have learned...yes...go with your gut! God gives us that unique ability with our children and we forget to trust that God given ability. Thankful everyone is healthy again! Happy New Year to my new blogging buddy:D

Oh honey...I just can't imagine. It breaks my heart for all of you to go through that! PTL that she is doing better! I have been praying for her for days and I'm so glad you gave us an update. It's so nice to know that you have such a STRONG group of people that love you and pray for you! Blessing to all of you! Love you girl!

Now having my own child, my stomach hurts reading this! I remember when David was little (until he was 11) he had seizures just like that all the time, uhh...everytime it was so scary, especially if it happend and my parents weren't home! I am so glad Kylie is doing better, I am glad you know how to handle it, and I pray you start feeling better! Bring on 2010!

Oh, Hollie I cant even imagine you having to go through that again. I remember what it was like to watch Kaelyn and I felt every emotion that you wrote about. They never did figure out what the infection was that caused Kaelyn's fever to spike; therefore causing her febrile seizure either. That is the worst when you are left w/out answers. Praying for you and SO glad to hear that both of you are feeling better. HUGS!!

I am so glad that your guys are okay but sooo very sorry that you had to go through that. It's a fear you just don't know until one has experienced it. Our little one has had them before and anytime she gets a fever now, it truly scares me!
I pray that whatever has been attacking her little body goes away!

Praying for you and Kylie both! I have heart that seizures can be common when a kiddo has a really high temp, but seriously, the doctors have to be able to tell you something. Anything at this point would be nice. Don't even get me started at how the dr. should not write scripts when they don't see little ones. Infuriating!

oh my word, honey.... I had tears just imagining everything you described. My cousin's little boy (22 months old) just had his second febrile seizure on Monday. I can't imagine, I'm so sorry for all you guys have had to go through the last few days. They did tell my cousin that it was common in young kids, but still... how scary!? I hope you have a restful New Year and a healthy bunch!
